Over the past year, Shane Klepko, President of Harwick Homes, had plans to purchase a lot in Bonita Bay and construct a custom home. This project, located at 3851 Woodlake Drive, attracted the attention of one eager homeowner and led to collaboration with Harwick to create a unique bachelor pad on the lot. Initially, this homeowner had no intentions to build another home in Bonita Bay, as they had already purchased one during the neighborhood’s early development stages. However, upon learning about Harwick’s custom home project, this changed.
The resulting house is quite different from Klepko’s original vision but ultimately became a personalized home that matched the client’s preferences, lifestyle and passions.
Both the interior and exterior of this bachelor pad showcase the collaborative work between Harwick and the client, featuring accents in the client’s favorite color, blue. The home’s exterior boasts striking blue Bahama shutters, giving it a tropical island feel. Inside, the living room showcases a stunning large blue agate slab on the wall, illuminated by an LED light sheet. This blue agate is also incorporated in the powder room, serving as an eye-catching countertop. Additionally, the primary bathroom features an accent wall and countertop made from navy blue enhanced Cristallo, continuing the blue theme throughout the house.
To top it all off, the home’s outdoor living space is equipped with a 70-inch television that can be pivoted for poolside enjoyment, as well as a fully equipped outdoor kitchen and dining area, decorative fountain details and more.
