Harwick Homes adds superintendent Len Chardo to the team

Luxury custom homebuilder Harwick Homes has added Len Chardo as a superintendent.

In this role, Chardo’s primary responsibility is maintaining well-organized and productive job sites and ensuring client satisfaction, as well as the scheduling, coordination, and management of subcontractors. Chardo will work closely with Harwick project managers to make sure projects are completed on time and efficiently.

“We really enjoy having Len join our team. He’s a very hard working, detail oriented individual and we’re lucky to have him at Harwick,” said President of Harwick Homes, Mark Smith. Harwick’s team continues to grow, and the luxury custom homebuilder now has three highly qualified superintendents serving clients across southwest Florida.

Chardo has worked in the construction industry for more than 35 years. He is a Certified General Contractor in both Florida and Massachusetts and is OSHA certified.

Before joining Harwick Homes, Chardo owned and operated a successful homebuilding company with projects in Maine, Massachusetts and Florida. “I came to Harwick Homes because I wanted the opportunity to work with a well respected, high end builder. The Harwick team is incredibly talented and I’m thrilled to be a part of its growth,” said Chardo.
