By capturing a seamless blend of contemporary living and a Mediterranean breeze, Harwick’s new Grey Oaks estate earned a feature in the 2017 Home & Design Magazine. Warm contemporary colors, streamlined accents, numerous fans and pocket glass doors bring a fresh flow of air and life through the home and into the outdoor living areas.
This beautiful estate is the perfect space for entertaining with its VIP Guest suites—overlooking the lake—and open common areas. “We are very pleased with the finishes of this estate,” said Mark Smith, President of Harwick Homes. “This estate is about style and elegance, inside and out and it is the perfect home for our client.”
