Harwick Homes Team Continues to Grow with Two New Project Managers

Luxury homebuilder Harwick Homes president Mark Smith announced today the addition of construction industry specialists Eric Repphun and Jeff Kelley as project managers to accommodate the company’s growth in new estate home construction and remodeling. Both will have overall responsibility for the management and execution of residential estate projects during all phases of design and construction, ensuring projects maintain budget and schedule.


Eric Repphun

Repphun brings 19 years of professional construction experience to Harwick – including 12 years in Kansas City, Kansas as a custom homebuilder. Born near Cleveland, Ohio, Repphun earned his bachelor’s degree in science with a major in Construction Management from Bowling Green State University. In his new position, he will be responsible for preconstruction project set-up, contract documents, scope review, bidding, design review and permitting, supervising sub-contractors and vendors. Additionally, Repphun’s construction management services include client communications, project reviews and project closeout. Repphun and his wife live in Bonita Springs and are currently expecting their first child.

Jeff Kelley

Kelley began his career in the building industry in 1983 in Indianapolis, Indiana, before relocating to Naples, Florida in 2002. Since then, he spent five years as a project manager with a local custom homebuilder, followed by a decade as the owner and operator of a pool cleaning business in Southwest Florida. At Harwick, Kelley is responsible for client walk-throughs, scope of work development, proposals, bids and budgets. Originally from Ohio, Kelley is a U.S. Navy veteran who worked on the flight deck on the aircraft carrier USS John F. Kennedy as an Aviation Boatswain’s Mate and played a major part in launching and recovering naval aircraft quickly and safely from both land and sea. He is a member of the American Legion and lifetime supporter of the USO. Kelley is married with two children and three grandchildren.
