Harwick Homes Close Window

January 29, 2003

Dear Rick:

I’ve been meaning to write this letter since we moved into the great house you and your team built for us. Perhaps it’s better that I procrastinated, though, because I can honestly say that both Bill and I love and appreciate this house more with every day we can manage to spend here!

The process you have created to initiate and manage the design and building of a Harwick Home ensures that nothing will “fall in the cracks.” The members of your staff communicate and work well together, both in the field and in the office. They fill in for each other well and don’t pass the buck. And, best of all, there’s an attitude of helpfulness and cooperation with the homebuilder from Day One, no matter what the day of the week or the time of day.

The quality materials which you use in building really make a difference, as does the care with which they are installed. After two years everything looks as good as the day we moved in. Things are plumb and square, even in spite of any normal settling. Better yet, for the few issues which have arisen since we moved in, you have made sure they were addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. Never once have I discerned anything other than the desire to do the right thing when I phoned your office.

Bill and I can’t thank you enough for your help in making our vision become reality. You and Kathy set the tone for the integrity and care which is so obvious in what you do. The whole staff also works with integrity and care, and we thank them, too. It’s tempting to pick out one or two for special mention, but I don’t think it’s fair, because everyone pitches in as a team from the instant the phone is answered or one walks in the door.

We look forward to seeing you soon.

Sincerely,

Judy Turner
