Dear Kathy and Rick:

We wanted to drop you a note in appreciation for the wonderful (and surprising!) experience buying your Vernazza model in Grey Oaks Estuary. Both of us come from a “construction” background, and we have never experienced such a remarkable crew of subs, from start to finish, from top to bottom. It is obvious to us why most of your crew has been with your organization for such a long time.

It would be a huge oversight to forget to mention Tori in particular. His quick and professional response to each and every kink never cased to amaze us. Jorge and Preston have been on the ball as well. Even your broker, Sonya treated us like the only customers she had, which we know to be far from the truth. Please pass on our gratitude for all jobs well done.

Finally, we would like to say again how much we have come to love our home. This purchase was unexpected, but when we saw your model, we were so overwhelmed and the notion that Naples (Grey Oaks) was the perfect place for a second home.
