Dear Rick & Kathy: It's hard to believe that we've been living in our beautiful Harwick home for four and a half years. I remember our first meeting in your office in the winter of 2001. We had never built a home before and didn't know much about the process. So I had to rely on my instincts about your organization. We're so happy with our decision. We're packing some things to go up north for the summer and I felt compelled to write you. There's not a day that goes by that Donna and I aren't thrilled with our home. Everything looks as fresh as the day we moved in. The quality of the woodwork and painting is especially beautiful. When I compare our fit and finish with that of our friends in Mediterra who built with others, there is no comparison. Even now I find details that weren't apparent to me. As I'm sure you must know, there is a feeling of pride and added value that outcomes with telling people that we have a "Harwick Home." I can't say enough about your organization and all of your employees, who act more like family. Even after all this time everyone is thoroughly responsive to any question I have may have. They are all a credit to you. We wish you continued success with your future endeavors and the health to enjoy your accomplishments. Sincerely, Bill & Donna DiCarlo |
