As Bob the Builder would say, “We can do it” and with your help, we have a home that has exceeded our expectations.

We have had the good fortune to be able to build four homes and this was by far our best experience. It was completed on time, which we guess is a rarity in the Florida market.

Rick, your personal involvement in the design phase and throughout the building process made a tremendous difference in the finished product. We appreciated your moving the precast at the top of the house at Harwick’s expense even though this was not an issue with us. It definitely looks better and thanks for going the “extra mile”.

Kathy Katasak was a joy to work with. She responded to every phone call and “e” mail quickly and efficiently. Her sense of humor and warmth throughout this project made it fun. Your billing and accounting procedures are first class. We checked the final bill for several hours and could not find one mistake.

Preston was a professional in every sense of this word. He listened carefully and followed through with any changes we thought were necessary. It is special to finish up a project this large and not have a major disagreement with anyone.
