NEWEST MEDITERRA MODEL NOW UNDER CONSTRUCTION

The Mugello, Harwick Homes’ newest model home at Mediterra, is under construction.

The home will showcase garden and water features in a neighborhood of just 10 single family custom homes.

The home will have a private garden off the dining room, a fountain at the entry and extensive water features just beyond the living room.

The Mugello will offer five bedrooms, five full baths and two powder baths in a two-story floor plan of 6,725 square feet of living space and 10,327 total square feet.

Features of the home, which is expected to be completed in January 2005, include barrel ceilings in the family room, kitchen and master bath; a secluded desk area with views of the entry; and a walk-in wine room with decorative glass visible from the living room and kitchen.

The master suite will have private access to a covered lanai and a bathroom with his-and-her walk-in closets and a separate tub and shower.

The second floor, accessible by elevator and staircase, will offer an overlook into the living room and two guest rooms with walk-in closets and private bathrooms.

The Mugello also will have a home theater, a separate guest suite attached to a single-car garage, and an outdoor area, including a gas fireplace, powder bath and outdoor kitchen equipped with gas grill, refrigerator, granite countertops and stucco cabinets.

The model will feature interior design by Sherri Dupont of Collins & Dupont interiors, and is expected to be priced at $5.6 million, furnished.
