We now realize, as "first time builders", that your dedication throughout the entire process was an experience that was out of the ordinary - an exception to the typical building experience.It's hard to believe that we've been living in our beautiful Harwick home for four and a half years. I remember our first meeting in your office in the winter of 2001. We had never built a home before and didn't know much about the process. So I had to rely on my instincts about your organization. We're so happy with our decision. We wanted to drop you a note in appreciation for the wonderful (and surprising!) experience buying your Vernazza model in Grey Oaks Estuary. Both of us come from a "construction" background... I’ve been meaning to write this letter since we moved into the great house you and your team built for us. Perhaps it’s better that I procrastinated, though, because I can honestly say that both Bill and I love and appreciate this house more with every day we can manage to spend here! As Bob the Builder would say, “We can do it” and with your help, we have a home that has exceeded our expectations. We have had the good fortune to be able to build four homes and this was by far our best experience.... Jeff and I wanted to thank you so much for the time and effort you and your staff put into making our new home so beautiful. It turned out exactly as we had envisioned. |
