Harwick Homes Maintenance Division

Seeing a need for periodic preventive maintenance Harwick Homes is proud to announce we will be rolling out a maintenance division in the near future. This semi annual inspection and service will be centered on our season. The "Season Opener" will prepare the home for the return of the owners, while the "Season Closer" will prepare the home for the summer months. Both of these schedule services will include complete service of all mechanical systems, review of all waterproofing and be followed up by a report identifying any service required to keep the home in top condition.

Some of the benefits of being involved in this program will be, ensuring your investment is being properly maintained, doing away with the headaches of opening and closing your home, being on our priority list for service and remodeling as well as post storm inspections and repairs. We believe the greatest benefit will be the peace of mind that we are here and available to service and maintain your home with the same level of service you received when we built your home.

A letter from our customers, Lynn & Bob Roland, describing their 'Harwick' building experience!

Dear Rick,

It has been two years since the completion of our new home in Mediterra. We want you and your team to know we continue to consider ourselves so fortunate to have chosen the "Harwick building experience". We now realize, as "first time builders", that your dedication throughout the entire process was an experience that was out of the ordinary - an exception to the typical building experience.

As we went through the process of building, we learned that the Harwick Team quality was not an accident but the result of high intention, a sincere effort, an above all, execution. The effort was made by every member - from architect, landscaper, designer, craftsmen, cabinetmaker, plumber, electrician, supervisor, laborer and every supplier to deliver nothing but the best. Harwick Homes not only meets expectations but exceeds it in every way. As we have come to use our home with our family, friends and for entertainment, this continues to show more over time. Every day we are so appreciateive and feel fortunate we made the Harwick decision.

The Harwick quality is a result of Rick & Kathy's dedication to quality, the homewoner, the team and organization. Harwick builds a home with that consistent framework of principles at every level.

We have a great deal of pride in our home and can only thank you for what we think is your greatest attribute as a builder - integrity.

Sincerely,
Lynn & Bob Roland
