The strength of a home begins at the bottom; subsurface investigation by our soil engineers determines the load bearing capacity of the earth on your site. This information is then analyzed by our structural engineer to determine the size of the poured in place foundation. When questionable soil conditions exist such as in waterfront properties concrete pilings may be driven deep into the earth to form the basis of the foundation.
We have worked closely with one of the leading roof engineering firms that are familiar with our climate to design a roofing system that not only meets the roofing code but exceeds it.
Our system of waterproofing begins with our full masonry rough openings being encapsulated with professional products developed by Sherwin William's, one of the most respected companies in this field. Our encapsulation of the opening and the surrounding masonry ensures a seal that will not be broken. 
Proper design and quality installation ensures the plumbing system will be in place for years to come without issue. We insist on all solid schedule 40 PVC waste lines, while others use foam cored PVC. Although foam cored PVC meets the code requirements it does not with stand up the abuse plumbing waste lines can be subject to when someone drops something down the drain that requires "Roto Rooter" to use a power snake to clear the stoppage. 
While others use foam filled products, nothing on the exterior of homes is anything but solid. From solid stucco bands and crown moldings to precast trim details in solid concrete we ensure we can with stand all that mother natures' wildlife and weather will affect our finished products.
