After the permitting phase of about five months is complete, Harwick Homes typically puts out the welcome mat 12 to 14 months later.

Budget – Contract Pricing, Managing Money, Delivering Value
Every client sees the contract and budget process from a different perspective and with personal preferences. Harwick Homes works according to what makes clients feel most at ease. We are able to quote a finished contract price or a cost-plus-percentage price (T.B.D.). Some clients prefer to bypass review of the day-to-day billings, others see a more intimate involvement as an opportunity to maintain a greater control of the budgeted dollars. No matter your choice, our staff is prepared to provide information on budget and allowances throughout the building process. Our team – Rick and Kathy Harwick, the office members and field staff – work in harmony with each other and clients. The result is efficiency, quality and value for your investment.
